Shared To-Do Manager
PIM’T Shared To-Do Manager (from Acadia Service & Solutions, LLC) is a simple way for users to collaborate using the available task management (To Dos) in Lotus Notes/Domino. Now users can assign tasks to other users, and keep informed and up to date with their progress with the simple click of a toolbar button. The system also monitors if a user is new to the system automatically, and if they are, sends them the toolbar installation with no intervention by anyone. All without having to allow other users access to their mail file and tasks. In addition, all members assigned to the task can see everyone’s progress and even view attachments that have been made to the task by others. Try it out – this demo is good for up to 90 days!
